Shipping & Returns

Due to the nature of our business, it takes a lot of planning & preparation in to provide the highest standard of service possible.  Therefore, we ask that you make yourself aware of our policies to avoid any misunderstandings.

Placing an order

  • Orders are delivered every Tuesday. Orders must be placed before 11am Monday to qualify for delivery.
  • During bank holidays all orders will be delayed a day. 
  • Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email. It is your responsibility to check that the start date, delivery address and any special requirements are correct according to this email. If you do not receive a confirmation email please contact us to confirm your booking.
  • Payment is accepted by visa debit card through our site via Stripe.
  • Stripe are responsible for your transaction when you are transferred to the secure payment page.
  • You must provide us with a safe and accessible delivery address where you will be present during our hours of delivery or you can ensure that someone will be there to receive it on your behalf.

Refunds & Cancellations

In the unlikely event that you are not satisifed by the service provided by Bliss Juices then we will happily discuss this with you to get the cause of the problem.  We will do everything we possibly can to ensure you have a SUPER Experience with our products.

However, please note that the following terms apply to refunds & cancellations.

  • Any issue with the delivery company once the product is dispatched is the reponsibility of the consumer & the third party courier, therefore no refunds will be given on these grounds.
  • We do not accept cancellations however we can rearrange your delivery date is given 48 hours notice prior to delivery.
  • Bliss Juices are to be chilled upon arrival, we are unable to take responsibility for any temperature issues that result in spoiling after the juices have been dispatched.
  • Under no circumstances will a refund be offered should you not be satisfied with your order.  Should the management judge that your dissasatisfaction is the fault of the company you will be offered replacement juices.
