How long will my juices last?

Our juices are 100% natural but with our new HPP technology they will have a least a 10 day shelf life.

How big are the juices?

There are 330ml in each bottle of juice.

Can I freeze my juices?

Yes, please give your juices 24 hours to thoroughly defrost before drinking.

I'm a vegan, can I do the juice cleanse?

Yes, our juices are made from 100% natural, fresh fruit and vegetables.

My juice has seperated, is this ok?

Yes separation is natural, please ensure you give your juices a good shake before drinking.

What order should I drink the juices in?

You can drink your juices in any order you wish, but to get the most out of your juice cleanse we recommend that you follow our handy cleanse and detox manual, which has been created by our expert nutritionists. This will be emailed to you so keep an eye on your inbox! 

Do any of the juices contain nuts?

No.

Do any of the juices contain milk?

No.

Do your juices contain Celery?

No.

I have allergies, how can I be sure your juices are suitable for me?

We can tailor your juice cleanse to suit any allergy requirements, please let us know once you’ve ordered and we will be more than happy to find a solution.

Can I do a cleanse if I am on medication?

Please consult your doctor if you are on medication or have any health concerns before starting a cleanse.

Can I complete a juice cleanse if I have diabetes?

Please consult your doctor for advice.

When will my juices arrive?

Delivery days are Tuesday  - Orders placed before 11am Monday will qualify for next day delivery only.

Please be aware that orders ordered after 11am will not arrive until the following Tuesday.

On occasions orders may be delayed due to third parties - these circumstances are out of our control but we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as possible.

Bank Holidays - During bank holidays all orders will be delayed a day. 

Can I rearrange my delivery date or address?

We would require at least 48 hours notice if you would like to rearrange your delivery date or address. If you rearrange your delivery with the courier during transit you do this at your own risk.

Can I cancel my order?

All pre-orders are required to be placed at least 48 hours in advance, because our juices require 2 days for production (one day for administration, one for produce prep, and the day prior to delivery, for fresh pressing). If you decide to cancel your order before it goes to production (before 48 hours prior to delivery), we will cancel it without charge. If your cancellation is made within 48 hours of your due delivery date, you will be charged in full.

You can however rearrange your delivery date with 48 hours notice.

I have received a replacement juice, what do I do?

Our juices are made from fresh fruit veggies and due to seasonality the volumes made can vary. If we are out of stock of a particular juice we will always try to send a like for like replacement. We know how much planning goes into a cleanse so this is always our first port of call. If this cannot be done we will contact you directly.

When will my teatox arrive?

Teatox orders are dispatched every Tuesday and can take up to 5 working days to arrive via royal mail.
